Keno Introduction

[ English ]

Keno is one of those games you will know about or you don’t. It is basically seen as a lotto in the casino. Similar to the lotto, the game consists of numbers being drawn. The object is to select the numbers that will be drawn. The game of Keno can either be rapid or leisurely depending on the casino. By wagering on Keno on the web you can control the speed of the game. As for me, I prefer real life keno. You sit in a lounge, if you like, and enjoy. Keno is a game that you don’t have to be in the lounge to play and be a winner. For instance, you could put in a ticket for twenty games and then go compete in another game in the casino or even your hotel room if you’re staying at the casino.

Keno Board

The game is bet on on a game board. The Keno game board consists of 80 numbers – number one to 80. The top 40 are referred to as the top portion and the bottom forty are referred to as the bottom portion.

Participating in Keno

Each game of Keno goes the same. The game commences, and twenty numbers are selected. The casino may be using the ball system. Ping pong style balls are sucked up and picked, just like the lotto on TV. Some other casinos use computers. If a number you marked is chosen, that’s referred to as a "hit." When all 20 numbers have been picked, the round finishes and winning tickets are paid-out.

There is an abundance of choices in the game of Keno. For instance, you can select just one number, two numbers and so on up to 20 numbers. Usually, you need to hit a majority of your numbers to win anything. For example, if you select 6 numbers, you will generally have to get three to win your money back.

Keno Pay outs

The pay outs in Keno are pretty good. The odds of coming away with a win is based on the total numbers selected. For example, if you pick two numbers, you will have a 6% probability of hitting your ticket. Every casino has their very own pay outs. If you are playing on the web, make sure you look around for the greatest payouts first.
